yes that was understood.  the difference is that when the cost is shared by
all the customers it's hardly noticeable.

simple dns config.  it really doesn't matter where weo is vs where teo is vs
where leo is vs where meo is.

hard to say without some numbers on bandwidth usage, diskspace usage, etc.
that weo uses.

rough estimate based on my knowledge of hosting costs though would be
anywhere from $30ish/month to maybe $100ish/month.  again, my estimates
could be way off if the bandwidth used specifically by weo is off.
something to think about though and that's if we get the cms updated to work
on win2k/cf[cf|mx]/mssqo then there are potential opportunities to get
donated hosting for weo (and maybe teo and beo as well provided they're
running a similar platform).  then cost isn't an issue.  donated hosting
where we just put the code and db on someone else's hardware is certainly
far more flexible than trying to ask around for someone with floorspace for
a box (which is why we're having this discussion).
