.| the drawback of doing your job well, no one knows that you exist.  :)

well, we surely know that sysadmins exist, and maybe we do take them for
granted. most of the time we admire the knowledge you bare.

but we never air that admiration. that much is true.
we probably just expect that things go well.

.| I'm sure it's part of the reason for the previous "burnouts" 
.| of the sysadmin team, mine included.

again, i do have utmost respect, but rarely, if ever, do i air it.
maybe it's time to change that.
