Yes. Looking at back archives, we were sending emails titled 'the
impending redesign'  a year ago now...

Got some ideas about that...

Last time we had a major new launch (ie the current site), a final sprint
was very useful to get it up and running.

We can easily have quite a few people in the same place and time covering
visual design, IA, code and hosting, particularly now Isaac's in the UK...

I'm happy to host that once we have broadband. That's going to be October,
which I think makes a convenient deadline to get it done, leaving a month/
6 weeks to test and tweak.

Yes.
