no cash atm

(sort of a pun -- atm = at the moment)

my contribution has been 2 codefests, 3 admin meetings, more tips than
anybody else (although i haven't seen the stats in a long time -- dean?),
and regular postings on thelist, and not always just about sql either

i was out of work for 2 1/2 years, and i just don't have a budget for
donations
