What's the view of the people here? Should we look at tightening up
thelist guidelines?

I was going to point to the guidelines for thelist as the definitive 
guidelines to be followed in this case, but it turns out they don't 
mention bottom- or top-posting:

However, since bottom-posting seems to be the standard on thelist, and 
Liam's preference ;) (mine, too!), maybe it should be added to the 
guidelines?
