Would depend on the effort required, and the prioritisation given to 
any given piece of functionality.

otoh, I'm sure we've also advised clients "to do w bit to x quality 
would take y time and z budget" and the client's responded "I wasn't 
all that bothered about w, particularly if it means breaking the budget 
and/or the deadline" with result that the functionality either got 
scheduled "for the next release (which sometimes means never...)", 
dropped entirely or dramatically simplified.
