Will that still work considering part of the current url scheme is variable, and 
can be whatever the person who writes the url wants it to be?

e.g.,
<http://evolt.org/article/Of_Web_Sites_and_Pinball_Machines/25/60400/index.html>,
<http://evolt.org/article//25/60400/index.html>,
<http://evolt.org/article/theforum/25/60400/index.html>, or even
<http://evolt.org/article/fish/25/60400/index.html> all resolve to the same article.
