Well, we're making progress - see John's overnight emails - and the 
back of the work is broken. Still some work to do (see Known Issues 
below), and testing to complete.

Known Issues
    1. CSS doesn't have IE-specific code (yet)
    2. We haven't yet indexed the site for searching
    3. Ratings not yet complete
    4. Login block to be moved/altered
    5. Category Menu to be added
    6. Old URL schema to be recreated
    7. Secondary Links need implementing

For launch, we're planning to have a sticky article (ie one that stays 
at the top of the front page) explaining what's going on, similar to
http://evolt.org/article/Announcing_evolt_org_2_0/1/4166/index.html
Tara's volunteered me to write it, but if anyone else has a burning 
desire, then they're welcome.
