Yes, we have those installed. And we tried it. But:
1) The range of available actions isn't sufficient (can't remember off the
top of my head what we were missing), and we didn't have anyone with time
to code new ones.
2) Available actions aren't restricted by role.
If I'm missing something, let me know. The current workflow is documented at
