It's probably of interest to all to note that non-cookie users now 
don't get a PHP Session ID on teo URLs. Thanks to Mike for fixing that.

Incidentally, although Google doesn't seem to have picked this up yet, 
it still seems to have indexed the site rather well, without appending 
the Session ID to the page URL:
http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=javascript+site%3Atest.evolt.org
None of the URLs cited by Google have the session ID on, but when you 
look at any of the cached pages, the ID is on all the links.
