awww spoilsport (watching Madhu being superstitious made my day ;-) )

4th sounds good to me. Can I suggest that we aim to be ready for the 
Friday, giving a couple of days' cushion for the inevitable delays?

Detailed planning & monitoring in #evolt? Bugs still being on the 
tracker of course.
