www.evolt.org already runs from our dedicated server in Texas; all requests
to the live public evolt site are then reverse-proxied using Apache to
Jeff's Win2K box in Oregon.  This means we can do an immediate switchover to
the Drupal site once we decide to do so simply by changing the Apache
configuration on tempest (our server) instead of waiting for DNS to refresh
around the world.
