A great community whose members have gotten distracted with other things,
like web development?  No joke!  It seems to me mostly a case of lacking
"inreach," i.e. efforts to make everyone aware of what evolt is (it's not
just thelist!) and how it's a Good Thing.

So who ended up actually taking on Dean's role?
