[theforum] teo theme breakage

Dean, or whoever has access and inclination:

some problems on teo, looking at the drupal logs:

- files directory is not writable (correct path might also not be set?)

- permissions errors on theme directory too
Stat failed for sites/all/themes/evolt/node.tpl.php~ (errno=13 - Permission 
denied)

I don't think I've ever had access to teo for this, and my ssh password 
needs a reset, or I need a reminder ;)
