[theforum] internationalisation (new list!)

Hurray! the i18n list is ready.

If you're interested in being part of the internationalisation project, 
please subscribe there, and feel free to invite anyone you know who may 
be interested, as well.

Evolt.org has always been a place to "learn by doing" so there is no 
need to worry if one is not expert.  Basically a person just has to have 
an interest in the subject matter, and the good will to move forward.

A person can be part of the i18n group without being part of theforum. 
But of course it would be a good idea to be familiar with evolt.org.

I plan to wait few days before announcing this new list to 
membership-at-large (it will be part of the 10volt splash), but please, 
if you are interested in being part of this effort, subscribe now, and 
invite your friends.
