Services were migrated one by one, I have weo backups from tempest (code 
and db).

Dean migrated all the mailing lists and archive sites and related
domains and (I assume) has backups of that data from tempest

and um I assumed since you'd previously migrated BEO, you had um copied
all the data you needed to tron...

um didn't you?
