I certainly didn't mean to go all "put up or shut up" or anything. I feel as you do, that there are a lot of very advanced programmers here and thus I often feel overwhelmed and somewhat leery of posting my "stupid" question. I'm an INFP you know :) but anyway, there have been some good design discussions here, albeit few, and I read all the site critiques with great interest. Anyway, I also wanted to say that in general I think there will always be more techie threads than design threads because in a way, techie questions are easier to answer. Now before anyone starts throwing things at me for that comment :) what I mean is, there's usually some clear cut way to resolve the technical problem. Whereas with design, it's often a matter of how the designer feels or the mood one is trying to convey or something much more vague than "put a semicolon there and you're all set." So that could be one reason why us design types don't often discuss design, it's too difficult to articulate. or I could just be nuts (which is entirely possible at this point). >so as soon as I've got something designy to say, you'll be the first to know we'll be here :) Peggy Daniels peg@anxietygirl.com
