Ryan - No way you can do this. Because the file originates on the client's machine, you can't touch it. I suggest checking the file name before it comes in with a regex of some kind (i.e. look for the '..') and pass back an error to the user if they are not uploading what you want. Possibly via Javascript - rather than server side. Hope that helps.
