If you're coding from scratch, make sure you know what you're doing security-wise. If you represent yourself as being able to provide a secure online store and it turns out to be insecure you may find yourself personally liable. Read "Innocent Code" by Sverre Huseby. You would be surprised how many exploitable websites there are out there.

Personally, security would be my primary concern.
