Because then you would never get that great feeling of achievement when you successfully address your issue :)

Regarding your problem: how big is the file used for the bulk insert? Can you change the SP? Perhaps upload the file to the Web Server via HTTP, read in the file content, build your SQL or SP parameter[s], and then execute the SQL/SP?
