i'll leave this one to djc or rudy.  and, can we please use "evolt.org FAQ"?

FAQ by its very definition is a collection and therefore plural.  there's no
need to tack additional plurality to it.  besides that trailing "s" just
looks silly.

yes, with one exception.  the "directory" in the url is hardcoded to "faq" i
believe, but that's as it should be.  evolt.org_faq would look silly.
