by the thought of going to a bleedin restaurant?

It was my [mumble]th birthday on Wednesday and the
Big Nite Aht is this evening.  So if you've got
nothing else going on, join an odd collection of
journalists, anti-nuclear campaigners and other
soaks at:

The Tottenham (downstairs), Oxford Street, W1
opposite Tottenham Court Road from about 1930
until later, from whence we will 'retire' to
the Christmas Club at the Borderline (Orange Ct,
about a block away off Charing Cross Road)
at about 2230, which does charge an entrance fee
(boo) but the beer's at normal pub prices,
the music is 'classic Indie' and other cheese,
and they don't kick out until 4am (yay).

I fully expect even fewer people to be available
than were yesterday, but then you can't say I
didn't offer.  And frankly, I have enough 
friends.  :-)
