Bob,

Send it here if you want .. will see if I have probs with it.. might help to
narrow it down.  If no probs, will send it back to ya in Word 2000 format,
which can easily be read backwards .. much unlike some previous versions of
Word that were(are) not backwards compatible.  This could be what's at the
stem of the problem, if your recipients are using especially Word 95, but
also still some probs with Word 97.
