[thechat] OT: Working with Word Templates

Can anything be OT @thechat? I can't recall :o)  If I owe a tip, someone
kick me and I'll provide.

Anyway, I've done my first Word template and created a document based on it.
For some reason I totally don't understand, it's only applying the template
to the first page.

Does anyone have a guess as to what's wrong or how I might fix this?  This
little problem is causing me to tear my hair out!
