[thechat] virus protection

Hiya

I use AVG from www.grisoft.com which is free anti virus software (for non
commercial users, but very cheap to commercial users), with free updates.
They released an update two days ago and seem to keep pace with all of the
main av software vendors.  Can't recommend them highly enough.
