I don't know if I'd agree with that. 

When your fifth-grade teacher told you that America was a great melting
pot, she was using politically correct language. What she *really* meant
is that people desire strange nookie.  

There are groups of people who categorize people into "us" versus
"them" but in most communities, we make fun of the bedsheets they
wear.
