Sounds like what you want is Sandra from 
http://www.sisoftware.demon.co.uk/. The site describes it as having "50 
Information, Benchmarking, Listing & Testing/Diagnostic Modules".

Another more lightweight app for just getting your clock and bus info (and 
some other stuff - don't currently use it and don't recall the details) is 
WCPUID from http://www.h-oda.com/. Go to Downloads and it'll be at the top.
