Yeah - we've got parks here in Houston that are 'designed' to be flood
runoff areas. (Yes, they really are.)

There's been some flooding in San Antonio too. There's a big park 
that floods every time we get big rain like this. I've seen it happen 
2 or 3 times just this summer.

The engineers who built the roads here must have been on crack.

I dunno ... I kinda thought the crackheads here were the ones that
didn't label any of the streets at major intersections ... or maybe the
ones that don't put any addresses on the dang buildings.

Apparently if you ain't from heah ... you ain't got a 'need to know'!
