[thechat] digital music wierdness

I'm stumped. One of the engineers has a Winamp/Windows Media player
problem - all the music is too fast. Same versions of the software as I
have. Stuff that plays fine on my machine is too fast on his. ("And now,
'Yours is No Disgrace' as performed by Alvin and the Chipmunks")

He's got a P4 2gig. CPU speed shouldn't have anything to do with this,
should it?
