ROFL! Mayo made with olive and sunflower oil tastes like, well, mayo - at 
least mine does. Potatoes roasted with olive oil, garlic and rosemary 
taste like potatoes with a bit extra - at least, mine do. You wouldn't 
notice the olive oil. First cold pressed Spanish is best, in Europe at 
least.

Hedonistic? Me too:-))
