This is likely old news to many here, but I just stumbled on it while going through some old posts on MetaFilter: http://www.sensoryresearch.com/%7Estarkeff/beatallica.html Metallica covers the Beatles, sort of. The songs are actually mishmashed combinations of Metallica and Beatles songs ("The Thing That Should Not Let It Be", "Sgt. Hetfield's Motorbreath Pub Band", etc.) The singer does a dead-on James Hetfield, and the lyrics are pretty clever, too. David
