| I'd say that the hierarchy goes:

| 1) Movies only (this is the "purist's" Bacon number)
| 2) TV shows (regular credited role)
| 3) TV shows (one-off role)
| 4) TV shows (extra or filler)
| 5) TV commercials
| 6) Family member
| 7) friend
| 8) acquaintance
| 9) met them once
|
| So perhaps we need some sort of Googlewhacking-esque scoring
| system? Something involving lots of logs and raising to
| powers, so that a "movies-only" number of 3 is better than a
| "one TV commercial link, one family member link" number of 2
| (or something).

| Or, maybe, we don't need that at all....  hehehe.
