Ah, now, parmesan is something we *can* agree on (as long as it's obviously
been in contact with a block of parmesan say within the last day (last 10
seconds
for preference), so you're not getting sawdust masquerading as Parmegiana.

Shavings are good... on a nice rucola salad with unfiltered olive oil and
Balsamic vinegar.
