You're lucky.  I get email like that everyday.  In large quantities.  I set
my OE spam filter to High and send them all to the trash.  Then I go through
the trash manually to see if there is anything worth reading based on who it
comes from and what the subject line is.

Spam, can't live with it. Can't shoot the bastards who sent it.
