[thechat] Outdoor cooking sites?

Hiya,

Anyone have any good links for outdoor cooking, specifically, how to
build a spit roast, pit-ovens, stuff like that?

A mate of mine has to organise a stag do, and he's trying to think of
something different to do for the first half of the day.

I've found lots of sites that will offer to do it for you, but he's
really just looking for instructions.

Issac, you must know something, you aussies do this sort of thing
all the time don't you? *:)
