Hey Rudy,

This statement made me stop and think:

"It trains you to think walking is natural as opposed to using an
automobile or bike."

We're so used to using cars to get everywhere that a device which
might inadvertently encourage more walking would be a positive side
effect. Walking is glorious!

Anyway, the article made me want to try one. Thanks!
