I personally can't be bothered with 'all-in-one' packages.  I use RealOne to
rip (it's BLOODY good at ripping CDs, and the CDDB/Gracenote track listings
are acceptable (maybe 1 in 6 listings I need to edit because there are
misspellings or lack of capitalisation, etc).  It spits out wav files in the
form "Genre/Artist/Album/Tracknum - Track Name".  Once I have the wav files,
I use an older version of BladeEnc and the RazorBlade frontend to encode to
160Kbps bitrate MP3s.  Once that's done, the directories get moved onto my
30 gig MP3 drive into an organised folder list
(data/artist/[0-9][a-z]/[artist name]/[album]) and I generate an m3u
playlist from there.  My playlists are in directories organised by genre.

Then if I want to share my collection (which I do on occasion, but sharing
160Kbps MP3s over a 256Kbps upstream connection can be painful!), I use the
Andromeda php web application to nicely display my data directory, which
since it's nicely sorted is easy to browse through, and andromeda allows
searching so you can pick out artists or collections at will.

Not integrated, but it's a method and I've been doing it for years.  It's
local ripping for local people!  OUTSIDERS! :)
