BIOS and/or boot-up password.
When rebooting the machine it'll say something similar to "Press F1 (or
del) to enter setup".

Hello Everybody,
I have set a password for Windows 98 SE on my machine. But I have
noticed that anybody can bypass the prompting for Windows Password buy
just clicking "Cancel" or hitting "Esc" key on Windows Startup. Then
what is the use of such password which cannot stop the unwanted use of
