Nup.

Great Britain is England, Scotland and Wales.

United Kingdom is GB + Northern Ireland.

And you do need to be very, very careful about how you refer to Northern
Ireland because pretty much any term you use will be one associated with
one of the 2 main political traditions and therefore have what you're
saying coloured by that association. Even something as neutral as
'province' or 'statelet'.
