hell, i went to www.aaa.com today and entered my zip code
(14203), and was presented with worst site i've ever been forced to
use (this week)...

lots of "this page will refresh", link scattered all over the place, a
huge ad campaign that drives traffic to the site hidden in a banner-
shaped ad that caused me to miss it three times (and on an in-
page search, cuz it's a f---ing graphic), no image sizes so the page
is constantly dancing as images come down, etc...

they threw a pop-up at me about taking a survey to give feedback
on what i thought of the site (which gave me the options of "ok" or
"cancel")... but even the survey was unusable, and didn't give me
anywhere to actually *enter* comments, just to select radio
buttons...

sometimes i hate the web...
