The ones that bugged me were where they 'changed' the vehicle in mid-effect.  There are some movies and {probably} Dukes of Hazzard episodes where a full Harley police bike goes UP the ramp and into the air ... then they cut to a slow-motion display of a dirt bike with 'police' decals on it *in* the air ... then back to a Harley after in lands.

They usually show the slow-motion airborn scene about four times in a row - and I just find it annoying.

I watched an old Knight Rider video recently, and KIT always landed a jump
on its nose. I never picked up on it until I grew up :-)
