i have numerous exes, and i truly hope they end up happy -- but i don't
worry about them, and i have no feelings of guilt, regret, or concern


joe, you are tougher than maybe even you suspect

congrats on all the progress -- i'm sure you realize it was no group,
relative, professional, or friend who helped you, but you yourself (although
friends do make it easier, don't they?)
