you're right Syed, nobody is free of crazy people... now we have an even
worse story

last friday, in Arica, a city in northern chile, an 8 year old girl went to
show her new puppy to the neighbors, a couple of wakos who rented a room in
a liquor store across the street, started punishing her and raped her while
she was dying, then they dumped the body in a dark alley. his father found
her later that night and once they all knew, the neighbors wanted to kill
the murdereds on their own, they were then captured by the police and now
have special protection within the jail, or they will be killed by the other
prisoners - it's common that inside prision the wose that can get in are
rapists, which normally are raped or killed by the rest of the prisioners
unless they get extra protection, go figure: a crininals' criminal
