just one more note... it's not difficult *at all* (anymore)!

it is a little bit of a paradigm shift at first... maybe I just have
a great kid, but post-toddler hood it is not even something I have to
think about.

like learning any skill... once you get the basic idea, & practice
mindfully for a while... it starts to come naturally.
