[thechat] File Sharing Softwares

Hello Everybody,
My question, although, have some web touch in it but it is not about web
development, therefore, I am posting it to TheChat.

I have just downloaded two file sharing softwares from www.bearshare.com
and www.imesh.com.
Now I don't know weather to use them or not. Do you have any experience
of any file sharing softwares? If yes, then how was it?
Is it safe and worth using above-mentioned softwares?
