You could setup a scheduled agent (that possibly runs only on new incoming
emails) , on your notes mailbox (if your company's setup allows you to do
that.) to routinely forward mail originating from : thechat at lists.evolt.org
to a webmail account (something like chat_martin at xyzmail.com) , and once it
has done that, delete the mail from your notes mailbox (to reduce the
clutter).
You will then only need to check the web mail account for your chat
emails...
