in his defense, we're a 60-person office and he's a one-person
department. he's *busy*, and answered me off the top of his head,
after surfing through the options panel with me. i have no idea if
he's ever actually set up an exchange server before (our current
server was set up before he came on board), but even if he has,
i'm not sure these individual options are something one would
remember from moment to moment. anyway, i'll see if i can get
it changed.

Meanwhile, I put some hard returns into this email. By any chance,
did that improve things?
