You can buy a "real" wood Nimbus 2000 at the Saturday Market here in
Eugene.  The guy who made the brooms for the movie (and incidentally the
staves for LOTR) lives here.  He's been known for making good handmade
brooms for quite some time.  Alas, no sound effects.
