A quick summary:

An ISP in the northeast part of the USA is taking active measures to
block the RIAA from getting through it to it's customers. According to
the press release: "Earlier this year, the RIAA announced its new plan
to access computers without owner's consent for the sake of protecting
its assets", and the ISP feels that while piracy is a problem, and
**should be illegal**, they can't allow the RIAA to hack into their
customers, either.

Good for them! :)
