[thechat] predictive indexing - is it evil ?

my company's HR dept. has got hold of a 'predictive-performance-index'
consultant
- this bloke is gonna 'profile' individual employees.
Personally, i 've always been a sceptic such tests,  though i have been
intrigued by
the name given for this test.  Has anybody been subjected to such a test ?
Is it one of those big-brother-in-your-brain kind of tests ?
